Tailoring For Breakfast: Beginners How To Hand Sew + Mend Clothing

join us for a hands on workshop where you'll learn the practical art of hand sewing. 

you have the choice of bringing your own item of clothing that needs mending or mending example clothing provided. 

in this workshop, you will learn the basics of how to hand sew; including how to thread a needle, master key hand stitches and explore hand sewing techniques. in the second half of the workshop, you'll be shown how to put your new skills to use to either mend holes in clothes, sew a seam that has come undone, re-sew a dropped hem or re-attach a button

- all other equipment is provided.

arrive 10 minutes before your chosen time slot to settle in and get comfy! with all materials and tools provided, this workshop is perfect for both beginners. you’ll leave with a new life skill and the confidence to repair your own clothing using hand stitching.
